This 1 bedroom bungalow is situated in a tropical garden and has its own private access. Perfect for relaxing with many different type of local trees, flowers and Palms. You will also have access to the outdoor lounge area just behind the house, equipped with a full kitchen.

The room is furnished with a handmade mahogany queen-sized bed with a quality mattress and bedding. The quiet split style Samsung air conditioner keeps your room cool for those hot tropical days and nights. Also there is a portable electric fan for those of you that don't like to use AC.

The on-suite bathroom is equipped with a hot shower. And a large outdoor shower and garden area.

As a guest at Palmera Palma you will also have use of a shared, fully-equipped covered outdoor kitchen with seating for eight people. The kitchen has an electric oven, BBQ , propane cooker, coffee maker, rice cooker, large stand up refrigerator, full set of utensils, and pots and pans. There is a small reception area where you'll find information on Moalboal and things to do in the area. You can also enjoy relaxing in one of the hammocks stretched between the coconut trees in the common areas.

We have our caretaker, my sister in-law Rowena, living on the property and av alible 24hrs a day.

Basdiot is the name of our Moalboal neighborhood. It is a quiet residential area. Our rental is located just a ten-minute walk to the Panagsama Beach and shops and restaurants. Most of the dive shops in the area are within a ten minute walk.

We have private parking on the premises for cars motorcycles . It's easy to rent scooters and bicycles. Local transportation is readily available using mainly tricycles. There are many options for bus transport for longer distances

This small family run rental business is looked after by my sister in-law who also is the local contact person. She has a small house on the property so someone is usually on hand to answer any questions.
